All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded, for all International orders and for all markdown items.
For hygiene and safety reasons all earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Details for exchange requests are to be directed to email@example.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The items can strictly be exchanged once and depending on stock availability. The items must be intact with the original label attached, the original box, and the original invoice.
We deserve the right to refuse your request if the jewelry has been scratched, stained, or corroded by make-up or perfumes. Customers are responsible for all exchange return shipping costs.
Please do not ship any jewelry back to us before pre-approval via email.
Should the Customer′s Courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier.
OMUT is not liable for any lost returns and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delay.
